The apparatus has an upper panel rotating towards a windshield glass with respect to a hinge. The panel is pressurized by an air bag. The deployment of the bag allows a tearseam (217) formed inside of the panel along a defroster air nozzle hole to be torn. The bag is inflated by gas to press an intercepting plate. Another tearseam (207) in the plate is torn and the bag is deployed into an air duct, when the plate is pressed.
