<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rotor core from being displaced in the radial direction and slipping on a rotor shaft. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor 1A for motors is formed by fixing the rotor core 20A on the outer circumferential surface of the rotor shaft 10A. The rotor core 20A is so formed that core pieces 22 are annularly disposed by continuously coupling a plurality of the divided core pieces 22 through coupling portions 23 to form a coupled core member 21, and bending the coupled core member at the coupling portions 23. The outer circumferential portion of the rotor shaft 10A and the inner circumferential portion of the rotor core 20A are coupled to each other by fitting devices. Each of the fitting devices comprises: a first fitting recess 26 that is formed in the inner circumferential portion of the rotor core 20A and open in the inner circumferential surface 27 of the rotor core 20A; a second fitting recess 11 that is formed in the outer circumferential portion of the rotor shaft 10A so that it is opposed to the first fitting recess 26 and open in the outer circumferential surface 12 of the rotor shaft 10A; and a fastening key 80A that is fit into the first and second fitting recesses 26 and 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
