<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyamic acid composition, which gives a high imidizing reaction rate at a low calcination treatment temperature and in a short calcination treatment time while enabling the lowering of the calcination temperature and shortening of the calcination time, and to provide a polyimide endless belt, which is prepared from the above polyamic acid composition and has characteristics such as a sufficient film strength preventing defects caused by an insufficient imidization reaction, and also to provide a preparation process of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The polyamic acid composition contains a mixed solvent consisting of one or two kinds of a primary solvents selected from γ-butyrolactone, N,N-dimethylformamide, N,N-dimethylacetoamide and cyclohexanone and a secondary solvent such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and a polymer containing a polyamic acid structure. Further, the composition contains a tertiary amine. The polyimide endless belt is prepared by imidizing the polyamic acid composition containing the polymer with the polyamic acid structure, a solvent containing 30-100 wt.% of γ-butyrolactone and the tertiary amine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
