<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for manufacturing management capable of transmitting part manufacturing history information to a manufacturing factory even in a transporting process with a complicated physical distribution form at the time of transporting a part from a part factory to a manufacturing factory, and linking a product manufacturing number to the part manufacturing history information. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing management comprises steps of receiving the part with the production manufacturing history information (21), in a packaging factory 14 for transporting the part to the manufacturing factory 11; preparing a packaging written instruction 26 based on manufacturing plan information; preparing an individual packaging instruction 25; packing the parts in an individual packaging case according to the packaging instruction to create an individual package 23; adding manufacturing history information 31 combining information of an identification tag and the individual packaging instruction to the individual package; and storing information of the manufacturing history in a manufacturing history management database 28.
