PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that can cope with increase in recording speed of a disk recording device. SOLUTION: This recording device divides the clock frequency of the channel bit rate of the main recorded data reproduced from the wobble signal, picks up a 1st clock from the divided clocks and its reverse phase clock, further divides the 1st clock to generate two or more clocks different in phase, picks up a 2nd clock from them that has a rising edge closest to the zero crossing point of the above wobble signal, makes sampling of the wobble signal based on this 2nd clock, and then makes reproduction and error correction based on the above 1st clock.
