PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring unit enhanced in measuring accuracy, and provide an analyzer using it. SOLUTION: This analyzer comprises a housing chamber capable of housing a sample to be analyzed and having an opening provided to the inner wall in the vicinity of the bottom part thereof; the protruded part provided to the bottom part of the housing chamber and protruded upward from the bottom part; a detection part for detecting data from the sample to be analyzed supplied through the opening; and an analyzing part for analyzing the sample on the basis of the detected data.
