PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch system which does not require a high capacity pump, requires a low facility cost and operation maintenance cost, can save energy by preventing energy loss caused by engine drive loss, and has a good sealing property. SOLUTION: When an oil temperature T in a clutch housing 21 is lower than a reference oil temperature To, lubrication of a friction surface of the clutch disc 25 is performed with oil scattered by stir by rotation of a flywheel 22 and a clutch cover 37 or the like. When an inner pressure P of the clutch housing 21 is higher than a reference inner pressure Po, the lubrication of the friction surface of the clutch disc 25 is performed by oil, which is fed from an oil pan 30 for receiving oil from the clutch housing 21 and is sprayed by drive of an electric pump 31.
