PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windbreak and snow-protection fence wherein a windbreak and snow-protection board is foldably provided in an upper or lower part of a support. SOLUTION: This windbreak and snow-protection fence, wherein a plurality of windbreak and snow-protection board units 39 is folded by being moved long the support 1, is characterized in that the units 39 are folded and housed in a plurality of places of the upper or lower part of the support 1 in a positionally adjustable manner by using engaging implements for a support, which are attached to/detached from the plurality of places of the upper and lower parts of the support 1. The windbreak and snow-protection fence is provided with support parts which are composed of horizontal holes for supporting support fittings to be attached to/detached from the plurality of places of the upper and lower parts of the support 1, and the detachable support fitting is equipped with a pin or a bolt.
