PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile movement device capable of safely and easily moving an automobile incapable of moving by itself and having function for suppressing backward movement of the automobile. SOLUTION: An installation plate installable on a side surface of a tire fixed to the automobile and having a turning force transmission part is provided. A turning plate turnably mounted to the installation plate and having a stay insertion hole is provided. Whereas, the stay having a tire restriction part and insertable into the stay insertion hole is formed and turning in one direction of the installation plate installed on the side surface of the tire is realized by inserting and engaging the stay with the stay insertion hole.
