PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing and a clutch release bearing enabling a reduction in size of a device in which a clutch cutout device is installed by reducing the width dimension thereof without decreasing the diameter of rolling elements. SOLUTION: This clutch release bearing 3 comprises an inner ring 3a used as a rotating bearing washer connected to an engine and an outer ring 3b used as a fixed bearing washer fixed to a clutch housing 10. The bearing also comprises an annular seal member 5 having an annular press-fitting member 6 press-fitted to the outer ring 3b and a seal lip 5b in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the inner bearing 3a and fixed to the press-fitting member 6 so as to seal an annular opening part between the inner and outer rings.
