PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rearrangeable furniture, which can be mutually rearranged between a chair form and a desk form, has high strength both in chair and desk forms, is easy in rearrangement between both the forms, and yet can be space-saved by stacking during a storage. SOLUTION: The furniture comprises a leg frame 1 composed of a pair of left and right legs 2 connected to each other, a first plate 3 serving as a top plate or a backrest and a second plate 4 serving as a seat plate or a modesty panel, wherein one sides of the first and second plates 3 and 4 are connected to each other at a center portion such that they are foldable at the junction thereof, first supports 5 support the end side of the first plate at the upper portions of the leg frame, second supports 6 support the end side of the second plate at the lower portions of the leg frame, and either ones of the first and second supports are rotatable and the others are slidable to provide a chair form with a substantially vertical first plate and a substantially horizontal second plate, and a desk form with a substantially horizontal first plate and a substantially vertical second plate.
