PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape bundling machine capable of performing a high-speed processing by stably transferring a bag from a receiving position to a tape winding position when a purse-like commodity is made by winding and bundling a tape on an upper part of the bag filled with an article. SOLUTION: This tape bundling machine is constituted by mounting arm members 76U and 76L which presses the upper part of the bag B into a neck-like shape and holds the upper part of the bag B under a pressed condition when swiveling around a pair of shafts 74U and 74L and closing, and posture holding members 79U and 79L which holds a site lower than the neck part of the bag B from both front and back sides in the transferring direction (a) when closing integrally by opening/closing action with them, on an upstream side transferring mechanism 51U of the first transferring unit 51. In addition, approximately similarly, respectively a pair of upper and lower arm members 87U, 87U, 87L and 87L swiveling around a pair of shafts 84U and 84L, and posture holding members 90U and 90L are mounted on a downstream side transferring mechanism 51L.
