PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for construction machinery capable of always keeping the inside of a cabin in a positive pressure state and improving the level of the positive pressure state according to a work environment. SOLUTION: The air conditioner for the construction machinery has an outside air introduction port for introducing the outside air and an inside air introduction port for introducing the inside air in the cabin.
