PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an injection agent that contains neostigmine methylsulfate and atropine sulfate and can be kept stable at room temperature for a long period of time. SOLUTION: This aqueous injection agent contains neostigmine methylsulfate and atropine sulfate and has a pH of about 2.5 to about 4.5. In a preferred embodiment, the injection agent contains the atropine sulfate in an amount of about 0.2 mg to about 0.7 mg per 1 mg of neostigmine methylsulfate, further preferably this agent contains about 0.05 mg to about 0.4 mg/ml of neostigmine methylsulfate and about 0.02 mg/ml to about 0.2 mg/ml of atropine sulfate.
