The syringe for medical use has a piston rod (11) with a pushbutton attached to a first piston (10) at the top. A first chamber (12) contains a first component of the mixture. When the first piston is pushed down a second piston (13) moves down until it uncovers a bypass channel (28). The first component then flows into a second chamber (14) where it mixes with the second separate component. A third piston (15) is pushed down to uncover a second bypass channel (29) and allow the mixture to flow into cannula (1.1).
