<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit information related with an error generated under each user to a center to such extents that it is not the burden on a user. <P>SOLUTION: A photograph output system for business developed by this applicant is introduced to each photo-studio being the customer of this applicant. When any error such as the paper jamming of a printer 101 occurs, error information is transmitted from a print server machine 100 being the core of this system to a center server machine 104 on the Internet. When the print server machine 100 is connected to the Internet by dial-up, communication costs are generated each time error is notified. Then, the error information is transmitted to such extents that it is not the burden on a user (or it brings merits to the user) according to the setting by the user and the communication environment of the print server machine 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
