<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a steam amount mixed into a fuel, improve a cell output voltage by reducing interface resistance, and reduce deposition of carbon formed in a fuel electrode to the utmost. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell is constituted of a dense solid electrolyte, and a porous fuel electrode and a porous air electrode formed on both surfaces of the electrolyte. A mixed body of fine particles of the CeO<SB>2</SB>series electrolyte materials into which a rare-earth element is added or fine particles of ZrO<SB>2</SB>series electrolyte materials into which the rare-earth element or the rare-earth elements plus TiO<SB>2</SB>is added and Ni series micro-particles is added to the surface of particles constituting the skeleton of a porous body of the fuel electrode which is composed of a cermet of metal and CeO<SB>2</SB>series or ZrO<SB>2</SB>series electrolyte materials. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
