<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain rice cake-like food having sticky and palate feeling like bracken-starch dumpling and efficiently producible. <P>SOLUTION: The rice cake-like food is obtained by combining low-sticky gelatin as a sticky component with low-sticky elastic matter obtained by combining glucomannan with xanthan gum, and adding a lipid and/or crystalline cellulose.
