<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform an input and storage of necessary items, collation for guarantee or the like in a short time without requiring a server or a client terminal, and to enable a consumer to easily confirm a part of the necessary items as needed by using an electronic tag capable of inputting the necessary items for determining the applicability of guarantee and printing visible information on a surface layer as a guarantee card. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic tag comprises a storage part for storing the necessary items for determining whether guarantee is applicable to a product 15 or not and the surface layer on which at least part of the necessary items is printed.
