PROGRAM OF WORKFLOW SERVER WHICH PERFORMS PARALLEL CIRCULAR DISCUSSION BY UNIT OF ORGANIZATION HAVING HIERARCHICAL STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow server which performs parallel circular discussion having hierarchical structure.

SOLUTION: A program of the workflow server makes the workflow server having a circular discussion route table including a circular discussion order of the organization having the hierarchical structure to which persons who have the circular discussion belong and circular discussion state flags indicating processing states of circular discussion issues function as a circular discussion route determination means for waiting until all the circular discussion state flags in organizations having the same circular discussion order become from under decision to decided when the circular discussion order of the organization is the same.
