<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notification reception system enabling financial organizations that need to receive specified notifications to receive a notification through a communication network and enabling a client to confirm quickly contents of the notification and presence of inadequacies. <P>SOLUTION: The client is guided by automatic voice with a telephone set 62 and sends the notification from a FAX 61. Image data received by a CTI server 20 record an index such as an account number in a file master table 31 and are stored in a file storage part 30. An operator confirms the notification at an operator terminal 50 and, when there is any inadequacy, it is recorded in the file master table 31. When a personal page is accessed by a client terminal 60, the file master table 31 is referred to, and an inadequate document, if any, is sent to the client terminal 60.
