<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilic stainless steel sheet excellent in pollution resistance, free-maintenance property and recycling, at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The stainless steel sheet, in which the film formed on the surface has the composition composed of excepting C,≥15 atomic% Si,≤5 atomic% Nb,≤3 atomic% N and the balance Al, Mn, Cr, Fe, O as the main oxide of SiO<SB>2</SB>, and possesses≥20% total of relative strength ratio of crystal face orientations of (110), (211) and (310) to the sum of the relative strength of the crystal face orientations of (110), (200), (211), (220), (310) and (222) on the steel sheet surface, is obtained by applying a finish-bright annealing under temperature and humidity conditions, satisfying the relations D≤0.067×T-107, D≤-40 and T≥850 between the temperature T(°C) and the dew point D(°C) under hydrogen-nitrogen gas atmosphere of≤15 vol% nitrogen ratio to a cold-rolled stainless steel sheet applying the cold-rolling before finish-bright annealing at≤90% rolling ratio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
