PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque rod manufacturable with less number of production steps and at low cost and preventing the outer tube or the inner tube of bushes from being deformed even when a large pinching force is applied thereto. SOLUTION: In this torque rod 22 having the first bush 26, the second bush 28, and a rigid connection part 30 connecting these bushes to each other, at least the connection part 30 is formed by stacking a pair of metal sheets 80-1 and 80-2 symmetrical with each other in the axial direction of the first and second bushes 26 and 28 in the state of forming a clearance therebetween and filling a burying rubber 74 in the clearance S to form them integrally with each other with a vulcanized bonding. Also, the half parts of the outer tubes 32 and 40 of the first and second bushes 26 and 28 are formed in the pair of metal sheets 80-1 and 80-2 and the half parts thereof are adhered to each other to form the entire parts of the outer tubes 32 and 40.
