PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system of delivering a gas stored in a container in a liquid state and having a liquid phase in a lower part of the container and a gas phase in an upper part thereof, which comprises a means of connecting the container to both a heating means and a utilizing means. SOLUTION: A liquefied gas and/ or an outer shell of a container is/ are an electric conductive element(s). In order to heat a liquid 57 in the lower part of the outer shell and/ or in the container, a heating means comprises an electromagnetic inducting means 55 which can generate an AC magnetic field in the outer shell and/ or the liquid.
