PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which is hard to charge with an unauthorized charger and is inexpensive and safe, and an electric apparatus. SOLUTION: The battery pack comprises a first detachable connecting connector having a charging terminal, a discharging terminal and a common terminal, one or a plurality of secondary battery cells having a first terminal and a second terminal, a first channel connecting the first terminal of the secondary battery cell to the charging terminal, a second channel connecting the first terminal of the secondary battery cell to the discharging terminal, a third channel connecting the second terminal of the secondary battery cell to the common terminal, and a magnetic switch which is inserted into either the second channel or the third channel and becomes conductive corresponding to the magnetic field or the magnetic flux of a magnet set to a predetermined position of the electric apparatus connected to the first connecting connector.
