PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine feeding apparatus capable of preventing breakage of medicine by reasonably absorbing and mitigating the kinetic energy when the medicine is discharged, and efficiently guiding the medicine to an outlet portion of a hopper even when miniaturization of the apparatus and high density of the medicine are realized to increase the medicine discharging speed. SOLUTION: The medicine feeding apparatus comprises a body, a plurality of tablet cases to store medicine, a chute which is accommodated in the body to allow the medicine discharged from the tablet cases to be dropped therein, a hopper 14 which is accommodated in the body and provided corresponding to a lower portion of the chute to collect the medicine, and a filling device which is accommodated in the body to fill a medicine packaging paper or a container with the medicine collected in the hopper 14. The hopper 14 has curtains 41, 45 and 49 for preventing jump or rotation in the hopper 14 of the dropping medicine passing through the chute or absorbing the kinetic energy.
