PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cytoclastic apparatus for finely pulverizing various specimens to a state enabling the cytoclasis of the specimen for detecting the DNA of the specimen, generating little oscillation and noise in operation, dispensing with the pretreatment of the specimen, having a compact structure and enabling the cytoclasis at a relatively low cost. SOLUTION: The cytoclastic apparatus has a closed vessel 100 on a holding bed 9. The vessel 100 is oscillated in a state locked with a slide block member 12 by the motion of a crank mechanism 8 on a base plate 7 supported on a bed 6 through a spring 16. The specimen 100a in the closed vessel 100 is stirred together with a hard material 100b and finely pulverized. A balancing force is developed by a hard member 3, etc., in a ring groove 2 formed in the crank mechanism 8 to reduce the oscillation of the whole apparatus. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
