PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program contents transmitting apparatus for providing verification purpose data broadcast contents without the need for duplicate pre-processing. SOLUTION: The program contents transmitting apparatus 100 for transmitting first and second program contents part of which is in duplicate to a receiver comprises: a duplicate contents storage section 109 for storing a TS corresponding to the duplicate contents; a data broadcasting contents storage section for storing the first and second program contents; a data demultiplexer section 114 for extracting each of non-duplicate contents through the analysis of the first and second program contents; a second packetizing section 106 for generating the TS of each of the extracted non-duplicate contents; a non-duplicate contents storage section 108 for storing each of the generated TS; and a second multiplexer section 112 for respectively transmitting one of the TS stored in the duplicate contents storage section 109 and any of the TSes stored in the non-duplicate contents storage section 108 in response to a transmission instruction.
