PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a screw, whereby it is possible, without using a special tool, to remove simply and easily a screw of which the tool receiving part formed by a groove or a slot for receiving a tool to rotate a screw main body, such as a cross slot formed on a screw head part, is damaged. SOLUTION: In the screw composed of a shaft part 3 having a screw part 2 on its outer peripheral face, and the screw head part 5 having the cross slot 4 for receiving the tool to rotate the screw main body 1 on one end part of the shaft part 3, a screw slot 6 opened at its outer end, and reaching the shaft part at its inner end to be extended in the screw axial direction is formed on a central part of the cross slot 4 of the screw head part 5, and a tightening direction of a second screw 7 screwed in the screw slot 6 and a tightening direction of the screw part 2 are opposite to each other.
