PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attachment of a handle and to inhibit vibrations transmitted to the handle by absorbing the vibrations shaking in three directions caused by a prime mover and an air fan used in a power blower. SOLUTION: A damping mechanism 73 comprises a front support portion 43 and a rear support portion protruding from an upper part of a fan housing 12, a first shaft portion 81 and a second shaft portion fixed at one ends 86 to the front and the rear support portion, damping members 85 fitting from other ends 87 of the first and the second shaft portion with one end faces 91 abutting against stepped faces 88 of the first and the second shaft portion, a first mounting portion 83 and a second mounting portion formed on the handle 19 to be fitted with outer surfaces 92 of the damping members 85 to an extent of not interfering with the first and the second shaft portion respectively, and stopper portions 68 attached to the other ends 87 of the first and the second shaft portion and serving as come-off prevention members for holding the other end faces 93 of the damping members 85.
