PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle driving system control method and a driving force transmission control system capable of reducing vibrations rather than the conventional ones when a slip is generated at the time of starting a vehicle. SOLUTION: In the vehicle driving system control method and the driving force transmission control system 63 of this invention, on a normal mode, engaging force of a coupling device 30 provided halfway in a torque transmission shaft 62 is relatively increased, the torque transmission shaft 62 connects a main driving wheel 13 and an auxiliary driving wheel 14, which makes four-wheel drive traveling possible. When the vehicle starts in the normal mode and the auxiliary driving wheel 14 goes into a skid, the normal mode is switched to a vibration proof mode, the engaging force of the coupling device 30 is relatively decreased, and the halfway part of the torque transmission shaft 62 is substantially decoupled. Accordingly, resilient force of a twist of the torque transmission shaft 62 caused by the skid of only one wheel, either the main driving wheel 13 or the auxiliary driving wheel 14, is released halfway on the torque transmission shaft 62 so as to restrain the vibrations at the time of starting the vehicle rather than the conventional art.
