PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a bathroom, etc. where stains such as mold may easily adhere to tile joints, narrow grooves on a bathtub cover, a bathroom mat or other bathroom equipment and bacteria grows to make them insanitary and blackened, that the outer appearance is often deteriorated, that spraying of a strong fungicide, though indispensable, generates harmful gas, leading to a problem in the safety, and that strong scraping with a brush, etc. by hand, which is also indispensable, severely consumes the physical strength of a person; to efficiently clean stains to make the bathroom etc. clean and sanitary and to prevent deterioration of the outer appearance by using a regular cleaning agent and with a driven member to oscillate back and forth at a high speed with the electric power; and to protect the safety of a housewife, a fatigued person or an aged person and to protect them against consumption of the physical strength. SOLUTION: A cleaning body consists of the driven member N11, a driving member N13 connected to make the driven member N11 oscillate back and forth with the electric power, and an outer frame member 18, in which the driving member N13 is stored, with a waterproof handle N19 to be held by hand and operated.
