PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the action of an alarm device for preventing the setting of a marker to an operation posture from being forgotten even when a seedling-transplanting device is changed to a lowered state just after once carrying out a lifting operation. SOLUTION: The subject paddy field implement supports the marker 38 for forming guidelines for an operation process on the surface of a paddy field so as to be freely turnable between the operation posture of grounding on the surface of the paddy field and the stored posture positioned at the position above the surface of the paddy field, and constituted so as to be synchronously switched to the stored posture with the lifting operation of the seedling-transplanting device, and has an alarm device 61 for urging the marker 38 to be switched to the operation posture when the implement is shifted to the working operation step, and a controller 23 for operating the alarm device 61 based on the detected result of an upper limit sensor 31 for detecting that the seedling-transplanting device reaches an upper limit height.
