PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting display capable of simplifying the manufacturing process and a method for manufacturing it, and to easily manufacture an upsized organic light emitting display according to such a process. SOLUTION: In this method for manufacturing the organic light emitting display, a first and second semiconductor layers composed of amorphous silicon or polycrystalline silicon are formed on an insulating substrate, and a gate line having a first gate electrode and a second gate electrode are formed thereon. Gate insulating films are formed between the gate line and the second gate electrode and between the first and second semiconductor layers, and a first and second source electrodes, a data line, a first and second drain electrodes, and a power source voltage electrode are formed on the gate insulating films. An interlayer insulating film for covering them is formed thereon, and a pixel electrode to be connected to the second drain electrode is formed on the interlayer insulating film. After an auxiliary electrode is formed on an upper part of a barrier wall having an opening part for exposing the pixel electrode, an organic light emitting layer is formed in a predetermined area on the pixel electrode partitioned by the barrier wall, and a common electrode contacting with the auxiliary electrode and the organic light emitting layer is formed.
