PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic member fixing structure capable of joining an elastic member such as a cushioning material to a pedestal without using an adhesive agent. SOLUTION: The elastic member 1 has a first insertion part 13. The pedestal 2 to which the elastic member 1 is fixed has a second insertion part 20. The first fixing member 3 has a base part 30 and a pair of projecting parts 31a, 31b projecting from the base part 30. The pair of projecting parts 31a, 31b can be respectively inserted into the first and second insertion parts 13, 20. A second fixing member 4 can be fitted between the pair of projecting parts 31a, 31b. The projecting parts 31a, 31b are successively inserted into the second insertion part 20 and the first insertion part 13 in this order, and then the second fixing member 4 is fitted between the pair of projecting parts 31a, 31b from an elastic member 1 side to join the elastic member 1 and the pedestal 2.
