Disclosed herein is a method of providing a security mail service for children. The method includes the steps of registering URLs of general mail web sites besides security mails for children in a selective booking list, registering a password of a user who can have an access to the URLs registered in the selective blocking list, blocking a user's computer from having an access to the URLs registered in the selective blocking list, confirming an input password by the user, and allowing access to the URLs only when the input password is identical to the registered password, but not allowing access to the URLs when the input password is not identical to the registered password.
