PURPOSE: Chicken sauce containing onion, garlic, ginger and other condiments in a specified ratio together with xanthan gum, oleoresin, savory, sage or the like is provided. It has a crunch texture and is soft while maintaining characteristic taste of each component of sauce and thus is useful for children or an old and feeble person. CONSTITUTION: The chicken sauce comprises 0.0001 to 1g glucose, 0.001 to 1g MSG, 0.0001 to 1g vitamin C, 2 to 6g onion, 8 to 15g ketchup, 5 to 10g mayonnaise, 3 to 7g soy sauce, 0.0001 to 2g purified water, 40 to 70g starch sugar, 0.0001 to 1g savory, 0.0001 to 1g sage, 0.0001 to 2g cumene, 0.0001 to 1g garlic, 0.0001 to 1g onion, 0.0001 to 1g clove powder, 0.0001 to 1g allspice oil, 0.0001 to 1g clove oil, 0.0001 to 1g cinnamon oil, 0.0001 to 1g citric acid, 0.0001 to 1g xanthan gum, 2.005 to 6.482g dextrin, 1.497 to 9.037 garlic, 0.536 to 4.222g red pepper powder, 0.001 to 1.407 cinnamon powder, 0.0001 to 1.407g black pepper powder, 0.0001 to 1g ginger, 0.0001 to 1g paprika, 0.0001 to 1g coriander and 0.0001 to 1g mustard. |
