FIELD: radio electronic engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: method and device can be used in small-sized surface mounting automatons. Articles of line sequences are disposed in area of reception for subsequent transportation of the articles to common carrier by damped surface of transfer element sequent set which is made for rotation about common axis of rotation. Any transfer element is made for reciprocal movement to receive articles and to mount or to fix them in corresponding positions at common carrier. Transfer elements are made thermoplastic material. Any transfer element has fixing semi-ring disposed in series with cylindrical spring, cone-shaped gear and cylindrical part which has end to have damped surface to be fixed on. Transfer elements are disposed in series for reciprocal movement onto metal radial orientated axes of common case which is made by casting of thermoplastic material. Fixing semi-rings of transfer elements are fixed to common case. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of operation. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg
