FIELD: manufacturing processes in radio electronics, possibly small-size automatic machines for surface mounting. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of forming single-duct cartridge of articles fed in bulk; using detachable single-duct cartridge with free linear shifting of articles inside it; horizontally placing said single-duct cartridge in common cassette; using common cassette in the form of inclined truncated cone. Said cone may be driven to controlled rotation and it has detachable single-duct cartridges with articles arranged along generatrix lines of its cone. One generatrix of cone to which detachable single-duct cartridge with article is secured is oriented horizontally. Boundary article is extracted from single-duct cartridge arranged horizontally, and then common cassette turns out by one step equal to pitch of arranging single-duct cartridges on surface of common cassette. At stepwise rotation of common cassette articles in single-duct cartridge are shifted to side of extracted article. ^ EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability, increased mounting speed of small-size automatic machines for surface mounting. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
