FIELD: radio electronic engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: method and device can be used in small-sized surface mounting automatons. Articles are delivered to transportation surface from cassette for subsequent delivery the articles to area of reception for forming line sequence of architectural composition. Area of reception is made in form of guide disposed at angle of 45° to vertical plane. Rectangular rest is made on the guide for controlled turn together with guide by 45° at one or another direction above surface of transportation. Surface of transportation is made motionless and it is inclined to horizontal plane. Article is subject to preliminary orientation at angle of 45° by means of guide. Before receiving article to transfer element, it is additionally turned by 45° at one or another direction.
