PURPOSE: A wireless network system for vending machines using a satellite and an operating method thereof are provided to easily offer discriminated information, such as missing child or person information, for each region to the vending machine placed in the corresponding region and effectively transfer the information to a user. CONSTITUTION: An AD(ADvertisement) database(400) stores the AD data. A missing child information database(500) stores the missing child or person information. An operation/management server(100) receives the information from the databases and transmits the information. The vending machines(300) finally receive the data through the satellite. The satellite(200) mediates the operation/management server and the vending machines. The data is transmitted from the operation/management server by grouping the vending machines in a predetermined region, and the vending machines of the group selectively receive the data. |
