FIELD: load handling by upturning of bulk loads, such as coal tending to freezing-on in winter. ^ SUBSTANCE: load is charged into container composed of poles, supports, supporting cables and flexible load-bearing belt. During advancement, dynamic loads are transmitted from loosely hanging cables to flexible load-bearing belt composed of rubberized cable belts. It results in elimination of adhesive binding between load and flexible load-bearing belt. In the process of unloading by upturning, loosely hanging supporting cables and flexible load-bearing belt hang to opposite side. Adhesive binding created, for example, during prolonged standup of container loaded with wet coal in winter is eliminated and load is spilled. Flexible load-bearing belt is held along perimeter of upper binding and centrally of container bottom. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency in unloading of coal tending to freezing-on in winter by upturning of container. ^ 8 dwg |
