FIELD: pneumatic transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic transportation of loose materials at reloading of packed loose materials into process containers. Proposed jet device contains coaxially installed pressure chamber with active medium inlet branch pipe, branch pipe to feed transported medium with nozzle installed at open end of pressure chamber with formation of nozzle chamber communicating with mixing chamber, and partition with perforation holes installed between pressure chamber and nozzle chamber. Partition is made in form of bushing on outer surface of which spiral channels for swirling active medium in mixing chamber are made. Mixing chamber is formed by diffuser and converging tube installed in tandem and coaxially in direction of transportation. Diffuser and converging tube are made in form of hollow bushings with inner conical surface connected by larger bases of cones. ^ EFFECT: simplified design, reduced power consumption for transportation. ^ 5 cl, 4 dwg |
