The prosthesis has a femoral prosthetic unit (1) with a span having a concave form in a right transversal section with respect to a sagittal plane and a convex form in the section along the plane. A ramp of a tibial prosthetic unit (2) has a concave form in the section along the plane and is intended to cooperate with the unit (1) to induce a roll back movement of femur during bending of the prosthesis.
