The exchanger has an enclosure (1) with a set of tubes (2) in which a coolant transporting cleaning balls (8) circulates. An evacuation collector (5) is connected to the enclosure for the evacuation of the coolant coming from the enclosure, where the collector is formed of a single piece. A separating device (13) placed in the collector separates the cleaning balls from the coolant which transports them.
