The device has a rotating cage (1) equipped with levers and a backrest (10) that maintains rotating movable units e.g. cover, in vertical position, where the rotating units comprise of revolving rollers. The rollers include a stop lug, which is inserted in a gullet of the rotating cage. A section (9) of the rotation cage takes several forms in order to accommodate the revolving rollers.
