The device has a case with two parts (a, b) extended from each other using two springs, to fix the case on vertical upright rods of a ladder. The case has jaws (11-13), and a wing screw passes through holes of the jaws to directly lock the jaws on a gutter (4), to clasp the gutter against which the ladder is laid. The case is also fixed on a bar of the ladder.
