The process involves discriminating localization of a mobile device with respect to an original site, and transmitting discriminating information of localization to the device. A substitution to an access request of the mobile device is made when the information indicates a connection from outside to the device`s original site. The request is transmitted to the original site for multicast broadcasting. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a multicast broadcasting system for a mobile device (B) a software product recorded on a storage medium for implementing a multicast broadcasting process.
