The device includes two flanges (22-1, 22-2), each carrying two pins (26) made of high density elastomers and adapted to support a mast. Four connection screws (27) permit to connect the flanges together and tighten them with differential tightening at top and bottom of the flanges. Retaining plates (28) in the form of two semi-hulls are screwed to mask the flanges.
