<p>The process involves creating a metallic frame work constituted of a steel billet that has small diameter and is manually bent and arc welded. Steel sheets of preset thickness are cut and shaped on the framework. The sheets are assembled by brazing with bronze. A colorless shining rust-proof varnish is coated on the steel sheets. A glass is cut out in plates by a disk cut-out machine for alignment with the frame work.</p>
